At last an English version of Vinitiatique ! This will not be a carbon copy of the French one, I don't want to translate, but depending on whether I have my French or my English head twisted on, I'll write in one or t'other of the languages.

As most of my formal wine experience has happened in French and in France, writing in English about wine can sometimes be something of a struggle for words, although a glass of (Pol) Roget usually gets the vocabulary flowing again.
